Customer Intelligence Consultant
We are currently looking to expand our existing Marketing intelligence team with a Customer Intelligence Consultant to strengthen our projects in banks, telecom operators and other industries.
Your Role:
Interact with sales and marketing teams to understand the types of information and data needs to support their marketing and communication efforts. Advise to efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Analyze consumer data to identify trends and patterns and customer behavior to drive customer value by analyzing these insights and behavior. Translate insights into marketing actions.
Build customer segmentations to develop adequate services offering.
Education and Experience:
- Master degree in economics, marketing or engineering
- Thorough interest in statistics and data mining
- Minimum 3 years experience within data driven marketing
- Good knowledge of SAS, IBM/SPSS or other statistical applications
- Able to conduct workshops with clients
- Ability to summarize large quantities of data into simple conclusions
- Sharp analytical capabilities and methodical approach to solve problems
- Specific understanding of enterprise marketing processes is a plus (digital marketing, campaign management and optimization)
- Sector experience is a plus (telecom, banking, media, etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel occasionally
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English
