Practice Leader
Customer Intelligence
We are currently looking to strengthen our existing Analysis & Execution team with a Practice Manager.
Your Role:
From a strong vision on customer intelligence you drive market presence and create visibility. You are recognized in the market as an expert and are willing to demonstrate this.
You inform the management team on market trends and opportunities.
Together with sales and consultants you build strong relationships with our customers.
You take pride in sharing your knowledge and act as a coach for other consultants.
You are hungry for innovation and always looking for cutting edge solutions to surprise our customers.
From your experience as project manager you guarantee that projects are delivered within the best quality standards.
Education and Experience:
- Master degree in economics, marketing or engineering
- Proven experience and vision of Customer Intelligence and data driven marketing
- Thorough knowledge of CRM and Campaign management
- Thorough interest in statistics and data mining
- Experience in Telecom, Banking, Retail or Utilities is an asset
- Minimum 7 years working experience within data driven marketing
- Able to give presentations to a broad audience
- Ability to share expertise and knowledge with sales and consultants
- Strong project management skills
- Hungry for innovation and solution development
- Sharp analytical capabilities and methodical approach to solve problems
- Passionate about One-to-One marketing
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel occasionally
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English
