This is the 6th annual conference in Pricing and Marketing Strategies for Next Generations Telco Services produced by Marcus Evans an evolution of our past pricing conferences.

 

Pricing and marketing decisions have never been more important for telecom operators. Pricing has an immediate role to play in maintaining and growing telecommunications service usage and ARPU (Average revenue Per User) as well as kick-starting much-needed new revenue - especially from mobile data services. It can also have a major impact on the relationship between operators and their customers, and the long term effects of this on churn and price competition. However, service pricing is a complex subject, complicated by the sheer diversity of services, and mobile and fixed line operators face many pitfalls.
