ENQIO submitted itself to the ISO quality certification process, and is ISO 9001:2008 compliant. Why have we adopted ISO 9001:2008? Because increased customer satisfaction, via a first-class quality management system, is the central purpose of the ISO 9001:2008 standards. And because the quality standards that apply to our client work, apply in the same way to our internal processes. The main difference with the ISO 9001:2000 version is that 9001:2008 does not stop at internal process conformity, but goes up to the value that the customer attaches to our products & services (customer satisfaction). This idea is well in line with the ENQIO approach.
